New, Folded Menus which are supplied flat are .016 white plastic, over-laminated for durability.  One or two creases will create the desired folded size.  Since many different sizes are available - right up to a flat size of 24-3/4" x 13" - just let us know what your client is interested in and we will quote accordingly.   We also offer Spiral Bound Menus (SBM) and single page flat menus (FM series).
