Standard production times are marked next to each product as well as rush production options. Production time beings after a signed proof has been received via fax. Production time does not include the day of approval.

Orders will be shipped within 24 hours after the receipt of proof approval. A surcharge of 30% will be added to the total price per piece, with a minimum fee of $95 for this service.

Should this service be available, a “24-Hour Lightning Service” icon will be displayed alongside the item. Orders must be submitted by 10:00 AM in order to be processed on the same business day. 

Proofs will be provided within 24 hours of receiving the purchase order and artwork, which must meet our specified guidelines. If proof approval is received prior to 10:00 AM EST, the order will be shipped the following business day. 

It is imperative that all proofs are signed, dated, and submitted to us via fax or email without exception.

For any order utilizing the “24-Hour Lightning Service,” it will be assumed that the job will ship overnight unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. Due to the fluctuations in timing and the volume of orders received, the “24-Hour Lightning Service” may not be available for all items at all times. 

It is advisable to contact the factory to confirm the availability of this service for the desired item when making such a request. Additionally, please include your “In Hands” date on the purchase order.
